Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout are adjusted as changes are applied to your cart. Orders are processed and shipped pending credit card authorization.

Sales tax applied to your order is a combination of state and local taxes, determined by the item(s) in your order, shipping charges or discounts, and the shipping destination.

Order Processing

We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1-2 business days. Processing time should be considered in addition to the delivery time listed above when deciding which delivery method to use. Processing time, and delivery, is dependent on payment authorization, product inventory and weather conditions or delays outside our control. We may contact you for additional information if necessary. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, except on nationally observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Notifications

Should we discover any issues with availability of an item(s) while processing your order, we will contact you to discuss possible options. Items in an order will not be shipped out separately; any additional items in your order will be held for shipment until the issue is resolved.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments' tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on the shipper's web site.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
